The Beginning of Albert’s Journey
Albert’s story starts in a particular form. He was born in a refugee camp in Moscow, Russia. When he was a little kid, he and his family lived in a tight 350-square-foot room and shared a bathroom with others. Despite growing up in those difficult conditions, he was always surrounded by the immense love of his parents and older brother.
“It wasn’t just about surviving daily—it was about learning to make something out of nothing. Watching my father work incredibly hard, I learned the value of resilience, resourcefulness, and never settling for less. That early experience taught me that circumstances don’t define you—your mindset does.” Albert shares.
This spark inside him fueled his ambition to create something different since he was young, something that could help others achieve their best versions as much as he wanted in his own life.
Axe Elite’s Biggest Challenges
Albert started developing entrepreneurship at the age of 17. Since English wasn’t his first language and he didn’t have a college degree, he had to make different decisions to succeed.
That inspired the creation of Axe Elite. This company focuses on helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses and teaching them techniques to achieve even more opportunities.
Starting Axe Elite wasn’t just about building a business—it was about creating a movement to inspire, influence, and impact others. I wanted to show people they didn’t have to accept mediocrity; they could go from average to elite in all areas of their lives.” Albert explains.
Today, Axe Elite ranks on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. Albert recognizes that earning a place on the list isn’t just luck. He started his company in an attic with just one aspiration: helping and reaching at least 1.000 people. He refused to quit this idea of building something different and began to look at his life with a new mindset.
He saw opportunities instead of problems. Thanks to that passion and strong belief in himself, he learned the tools and improved all the ideas that now make him responsible for a company this big in America.

The Creation Behind From Average to Elite
Albert started his path as an author by releasing his book, ‘From Average to Elite.’ In this book, readers will rid themselves of the idea that they’re not good enough and break free from mediocrity to pursue excellence.
The book explores setting the right environment, using proven systems, and developing a mindset for growth. For Albert, success is not a function of privilege or luck but of effort, discipline, and relentless self-improvement.
Axe University, a New Proposal for Building Leaders
As if that wasn’t enough, Albert takes his success to a new level and proves that part of his success also comes from teaching others, which is why he created Axe University. In this learning program, Albert gives people without experience the opportunity to learn the skills necessary to become leaders and owners of their businesses.
Future Plans for 2025
Albert has exciting plans for the upcoming year, including integrating cutting-edge technologies to expand into new industries.
