Tillie Walden is a cartoonist from California who started her career at 17, and has since published 10 books. She is the 2018 Eisner Award for Best Reality-Based Work for her graphic novel ‘Spinning’, making her one of the youngest Eisner Award winners ever. Her graphic novels span genre and styles, but are influenced by her queer identity.
